Here is yet another birthday popup card. You can't have too many birthday cards, since everyone has a birthday, you'll need many different birthday cards. Once someone sees the pop-up birthday card you give to someone else, you can't give that person the same card on his or her birthday. That's why you need to have many different pop up birthday cards. Here's a simple birthday cake pop up card I made a while back.

You probably don't need a cutting machine to make this card, but the cutting machine makes cutting out the “Happy Birthday” text out of the cake easier. You can just as easily write in “Happy Birthday” with a calligraphy pen instead. Here is a video of the card:
